Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where the customer lives, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach may vary. If an item over $75 is being shipped, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that the returned item will be received.
